College
Congratulations, you have made it to the next phase of your life…COLLEGE. A world where it’s no longer your parents’ responsibility to make sure you’re on time for class. You are now responsible to make sure all of your assignments are done and if you’re failing a class you speak to your professor and seek help. YOU are now a young adult and COLLEGE will treat you as such.
In the next 2-5 years, you’re not only going to gain academic knowledge and explore subjects that may become your future career aspirations, but you’re also going to meet lots of different people, some of whom may become lifelong friends.
Go in with an open mind. Depending on which type of college you attend and whether you live on campus or are a commuter student, experiences may vary, but take it all in and allow yourself to explore all that college has to offer.
Now listen, college also has many extracurricular activities to become involved in, like clubs and organizations, Greek life, and many, many parties. Just remember you are in college to number one, graduate, and two, learn knowledge and skills that you can apply to your life and career.
